Looking for my old school mate Kent Picard. Went to rangitoto college in the 80s. Now mid 40s and could be anywhere around nz. No one I know who knew Kent have no idea where he is and lost contact. Please anyone who may know him, tell him I am looking for him
I am looking for my biological relation John (Johnny) Logan he was born in Scotland around 1927 it is alleged that he was either a family secret to a young mother and father and adopted out or perhaps given to other family members or also alleged his parents were killed in some War and he came from Scotland to to live in New Zealand when he was aged 10 or so, not sure if he was accompanied by any of his biological relations or just as an orphan child. Perhaps he was placed in orphanages in New Zealand throughout his childhood/teenage years. Seeking information about my partner’s birth mother – Dorothy May Davenport (DOB 16/10/1951). Her son was born 28/11/1969 in Campbell Johnstone Hospital, Hamilton NZ and was adopted out on 14/12/1969. His birth father was not listed on his birth certificate.
Dorothy’s birth parents were David Alwyn Davenport and Janet Ida Mary Davenport (both deceased).
We know Dorothy has been married 3 times, last to Robert Stanley Cross in 2011; they were living in Picton at the time. Cannot find any information after this date.
Both of Shane’s adoptive parents have passed away, and he would like to find Dorothy. He has 2 children and if nothing else would like to connect to find any other siblings and any medical history. Shane has been living in Australia since early childhood, currently in Brisbane Qld.
